THE FIRST AND ONLY SIMIT FACTORY IN THE WORLD
We founded the first and only simit factory in the world in Samandıra Sancaktepe in 2005. The factory sprawls over an area of 10,000 m². Our factories built in the Organized Industrial Zones of Tuzla and Antalya in 2010 carry on their production activities. The factory which was restructured in 2015 is equipped with “Flexible Simit Production Line”. We made our first overseas factory investment in 2016 in London with the aim of supporting our growth in Europe.
We say “Bon Appetit” to over than a million guests every day as we continue on our path to become the growing global brand of Turkey.

We grew to 18 stores across İstanbul.
We founded the first simit factory in the world, which is also certified by TÜBİTAK.
We transitioned to franchising system to spread simit’s delicious aroma everywhere.
We went across continents and opened our first store in New York and our second one in Dam Square.
